Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping for all UK orders (including Channel Islands). Your purchases will be shipped in discrete packaging using Royal Mail 1st Signed For (or Special Delivery for larger orders).

We aim to ship your items within 24h of cleared payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Whilst we take great care in inspecting all our coins, they are sold in Bullion condition and may therefore have minor milk spots or imperfections due to the Minting process.

We do not offer refunds on items with such minor imperfections unless the items are damaged to a point where they no longer contain the stated amount of precious metal.

If we do deem a product to be below standard we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund in line with your rights as a consumer, however the products must be returned to us in the original state in which they were received.

Any queries with your products received must be reported to us within 48 hours.
